Double Density Type-D Instrumentation Connectors are designed for applications requiring frequent assembly and disassembly.

One end of the cable is unterminated for customer wiring, while the other end features a UHV-compatible Double Density Connector supplied with mounting screws that mate with the feedthrough’s vacuum-side tapped holes.

Air-side connectors are offered with back shell, insert, and jack screws. The cable itself is supplied and wired by the customer, allowing flexible custom configurations.

For custom cable assemblies, MDC provides technical support to ensure vacuum compatibility and electrical performance.
