MDC's 3/4" (19.05 mm) All-Metal Angle Valves are engineered for use in ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) systems requiring elevated bakeout temperatures where elastomers and soft gaskets are unsuitable. These valves maintain leak-tight integrity from atmosphere to below 1x10⁻¹¹ Torr, making them ideal for scientific and semiconductor-grade applications.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel, MDC valves eliminate bonnet gasket seals wherever possible to reduce leak paths. Models that include bonnet gaskets are thoughtfully designed for easy replacement. These valves are bakeable to 450°C, with poppet gasket life dependent on operating temperature—up to 50 cycles at max bakeout.

MDC provides three geometries: Type "V" (Varian-compatible) and Type "VG" (Vacuum Generators-compatible), ensuring easy replacement and system integration. The Type "T" designation in the valve type column pertains to valves designed for either tube weld installation or custom flange attachment.
