MDC’s 4-5/8" (117.5 mm) O.D. Conflat® (CF) flange, made from high-quality 304 stainless steel, is engineered for ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) environments requiring maximum sealing performance and durability. With a nominal size of DN100CF, this flange is available in both rotatable and nonrotatable geometries, providing installation flexibility across complex vacuum systems.

Designed for compatibility with standard Conflat® hardware, the flange can be configured with tapped or clearance bolt holes, ensuring secure and leak-tight connections. Users can choose between OFE copper gaskets for metal-seal reliability or FKM® (fluoroelastomer) gaskets for applications requiring elastomer sealing.
