MDC’s 10 Inch Gate Valves provide precise flow isolation and control in high vacuum (HV) and ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) environments. Engineered from 300-series stainless steel with fusion-welded bodies, they offer excellent vacuum integrity, low outgassing, and long-term durability—ideal for semiconductor processing, scientific research, and industrial vacuum operations.

Each valve is designed to open, close, or fully seal vacuum passages with precision. The use of patented C-Loc® and UniLoc™ locking mechanisms eliminates vibration, reduces wear, and prevents contact between moving parts and the valve body, extending operational life and maintaining performance.

With approximately 50% fewer moving parts than standard gate valves, MDC’s design greatly reduces particulate generation, which is vital for cleanroom and contamination-sensitive systems. A welded AM-350 stainless steel bellows actuator ensures reliable leak-tight performance across long cycles under extreme vacuum conditions.

Port Connection options include: Conflat 13-1/4 in (336.6 mm) flange, ISO NW250 Large-Flange™ LF (250.0 mm), ANSI ASA10 port (254.0 mm)
