MDC’s ISO KF Half Nipples are precision-engineered components used in the construction of high vacuum systems, offering excellent flexibility and modularity. As part of the Kwik-Flange™ ISO KF series, these half nipples act as core connectors between vacuum system elements. Constructed from drawn and fusion-welded 304 stainless steel or aluminum, they ensure long-lasting performance, excellent corrosion resistance, and high thermal tolerance.

These fittings are high vacuum rated to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.3x10⁻⁶ Pa) and temperature rated up to 200°C, making them suitable for a wide range of demanding applications. With symmetric, nonrotatable geometries, they enable stable, repeatable connections. Sizes range from NW16 to NW50, and most models feature one-piece construction unless otherwise noted. For proper sealing and mounting, use the appropriate hinged clamp or bulkhead clamp, depending on the flange size.
