It provides position feedback via laser-etched rotary and linear scales, with 0.0001 inch (0.0025 mm) resolution on the rotary dial and 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) increments on the linear scale. Each full rotation of the micrometer knob results in 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) of linear displacement. Its reentrant welded bellows construction supports larger diameter shafts for improved rigidity, strength, and stability under load. This model is compatible with 2-3/4 inch (69.85 mm) Conflat® CF metal seal flanges, ensuring seamless integration into vacuum chambers.
