The Heavy Duty Off-Axis Port Aligner delivers robust, adjustable angular alignment for vacuum systems requiring greater mechanical support. Capable of up to 25° of off-axis displacement, it allows precise port correction while handling a moment load of 15 lb (6.8 kg) on a 12-inch (304.8 mm) moment arm.

Constructed from UHV-compatible materials, the aligner features a welded bellows seal for reliable vacuum integrity and a Conflat® CF 2-3/4" flange with .250-28 threaded holes for secure mounting. The position lock is engaged by torqueing clamp ring bolts to 100 lb-in (11.3 N·m) for stable performance.

This aligner does not include built-in angle graduation—angular displacement must be verified externally using standard measurement tools.
