MDC’s high temperature compact linear motion feedthroughs are specifically engineered for environments where space is limited on the atmosphere side. Featuring the smallest envelope design, these units provide smooth and accurate linear displacement while maintaining superior performance under high-temperature vacuum conditions.

A laser-etched stainless steel barrel tracks motion with 20 equally spaced increments. Each full revolution results in 1.25 mm (0.049") of linear travel. The mechanism utilizes a 1.25 mm (0.049") pitch lead screw combined with radial bearings, ensuring long-lasting precision.

All drive components are located on the atmosphere side of the formed stainless steel bellows, making it ideal for tight spaces. These feedthroughs are available with industry standard Conflat® CF metal seal flanges in 1-1/3" and 2-3/4" (33.8 mm and 69.8 mm) diameters.
