MDC Standard Linear Motion Feedthroughs are engineered for precise in-vacuum linear displacement of samples, sensors, and instruments. Crafted from UHV and HV compatible materials, they provide 1" to 6" (25.4 mm to 152.4 mm) of smooth, accurate travel. Each feedthrough includes a laser-etched black anodized barrel graduated in 0.001" (0.0254 mm) increments, with a lead screw pitch of 0.025" (0.635 mm) per revolution for consistent control.

A dual-scale linear guide on the body displays both inch (0.025") and metric (1 mm) increments. Welded stainless steel bellows, linear bearing support, and precision screw design ensure excellent durability and performance. Available in manual or motorized options, with mounting on MDC Conflat® CF or ISO KF Kwik-Flange™ ports. Motor controls sold separately.
