MDC’s Male VCR® to Kwik-Flange™ KF Hybrid Adapters are designed to bridge VCR® compression fittings with ISO KF flange systems for vacuum environments requiring both flexibility and cleanliness. Each adapter features a 304 stainless steel KF flange and a 316 stainless steel VCR® end, ensuring compatibility with high-purity gas lines and vacuum process hardware.

Rated for high vacuum service to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.33x10⁻⁶ Pa), these adapters are ideal for integrating analytical instruments, gas inlet lines, and test ports into systems with elastomer-sealed KF components. The FKM elastomer O-ring provides a reliable seal, while the nonrotatable geometry ensures consistent alignment and ease of installation. Maximum bakeout temperature is 200°C, with sustained service recommended up to 150°C.
