Designed for light-duty in-vacuum positioning, MDC’s miniature linear motion feedthroughs offer high-precision movement in a compact form factor. These feedthroughs provide 0.025" (0.635 mm) of linear travel per full revolution of the barrel, making them ideal for fine adjustments in space-limited systems.

Available with manual or low-voltage 12 VDC motor actuation, these units also support motor options with integral magnetic encoders for enhanced position feedback. Note: Motor controllers are sold separately.

Constructed with UHV and HV compatible materials and equipped with a welded bellows seal, the feedthroughs ensure vacuum integrity. Choose from Conflat® CF metal seal flanges or ISO KF Kwik-Flange™ ports for flexible integration across vacuum systems.
