MDC miniature rotary motion feedthroughs are compact, precision instruments designed for light-duty in-vacuum rotary motion where torque does not exceed 20 oz-in (0.14 Nm). These feedthroughs are engineered for space-constrained environments and are available in manual or motorized configurations, including low-voltage DC motors with an optional magnetic encoder for enhanced positioning feedback.

Constructed from UHV/HV compatible materials, the design features welded stainless steel bellows and a rotary position lock for secure operation. These units are bakeable to 100°C (212°F) and can be mounted using either Conflat® CF metal seal flanges or ISO KF Kwik-Flange™ elastomer seal ports. Motor controls must be purchased separately.
