The Type-D Subminiature Multipin Feedthroughs are high-density instrumentation feedthroughs designed with pin arrangements that meet MIL-C-24308 specifications. Available with 9, 15, 25, or 50 gold-plated pins, each pin is hermetically sealed and electrically insulated in a stainless steel shell using advanced glass-ceramic bonding technology.

Every assembly is supplied with an atmosphere-side connector (customer wiring required), while additional connectors can be purchased separately. For vacuum side connections, FKM insulated ribbon cables and PEEK Type-D connectors provide durability and reliability in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments.

MDC offers two standard vacuum mount styles: Conflat (CF) and Kwik-Flange™ (KF).
