MDC pneumatic rotary motion feedthroughs are designed for precise two-position rotary motion in high vacuum (HV) and ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) systems. These feedthroughs are ideal for in-vacuum shutters and other light-duty automation tasks where quick and controlled motion is required.

Rotation is adjustable between 0° and 90°, with two stop-position controls that allow the start angle to be set from 0° to 30° and the finish angle from 60° to 90°. A solenoid valve (120VAC, 50/60Hz) is included to control pneumatic actuation.

Constructed using UHV-compatible materials and a welded stainless steel bellows, these feedthroughs are bakeable to 100°C (212°F) and operate with a maximum air pressure of 100 PSIG (6.9 bar). Mounting options include Conflat® CF metal seal flanges and ISO KF Kwik-Flange™ elastomer seal ports.
