High Power DC Del Base™ Feedthroughs are engineered to handle high voltage and high current transmission in vacuum systems with precision and reliability. Designed with time-tested ISI feedthrough technology, these units are optimized for superior electrical performance, insulation, and durability.

Where installation space allows, ceramic surfaces are extended to maximize strike and creep distances. In space-limited designs, convoluted ceramics increase insulation distance without adding bulk. All air-side ceramic surfaces are glazed with a high-temperature glass coating, which reduces surface roughness and minimizes contamination risks.

The majority of models feature exposed conductors on both the air- and vacuum-sides. Air- and vacuum-side connectors are available separately for most products unless otherwise specified.
