MDC Precision Rotary Motion Feedthroughs are engineered for applications demanding high-resolution, low-backlash rotary movement in ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) environments. These units offer a display resolution of 0.1°, enabling precise and repeatable rotation. The feedthrough incorporates welded stainless steel bellows, a unique off-axis wobble design, and rotary shaft bearing supports to deliver extended operational life and exceptional smoothness.

Constructed with UHV-compatible materials and bakeable to 230°C (446°F), these feedthroughs are ideal for high-precision settings. Mounting is supported via Del-Seal™ Conflat® CF metal seal flanges, and an optional motorized actuator is available for automated integration. Motor controls must be purchased separately.
