MDC’s push-pull linear motion feedthroughs are the most straightforward and efficient solution for manual motion control in vacuum environments. Designed for quick linear displacement, they use a stainless steel hand actuator shaft that’s operated while observing the process through a viewport.

Each unit features a laser-etched graduated scale on the feedthrough body, marked in 0.025" (0.635 mm) increments for accurate positioning. A black anodized finish enhances visibility and contrast of the scale. To lock the actuator in place, a simple position lock is located at the top of the actuator body.

Built from UHV or HV compatible materials, these feedthroughs feature welded stainless steel bellows and linear bearing shaft supports for smooth, reliable travel. Available with industry-standard Conflat® CF flanges or ISO KF Kwik-Flange™ mounts, they integrate easily into a wide range of vacuum systems.
