The MDC Precision Wire Reinforced PVC Hose provides a flexible and economical solution for mechanical pump roughing lines and basic vacuum service up to 1 × 10⁻³ Torr. The wire-reinforced wall prevents tube collapse under vacuum load while maintaining excellent flexibility for convoluted line routing. A 20 inch (508 mm) minimum static radius is typical across all hose sizes.

This flexible PVC hose is available in diameters from ¾ inch (19 mm) to 2 inch (51 mm) and can be supplied with or without end terminations. In the terminated configuration, hoses come with stainless-steel Kwik-Flange™ ISO KF flanges in NW16 (DN16), NW25 (DN25), NW40 (DN40), and NW50 (DN50) sizes. Each PVC hose is securely clamped to the termination using stainless-steel hose clamps, providing a reliable vacuum-tight connection.
