MDC’s Quick-Disconnect to Conflat® Hybrid Adapters offer an efficient transition from tube-style quick-disconnects to metal-seal Conflat® flanges, combining the speed of coupling metal or glass tubing with the durability of UHV flange sealing. These hybrid adapters are fabricated from 300 series stainless steel, suitable for high vacuum service to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.33x10⁻⁶ Pa), and temperature rated to 200°C for intermittent bakeouts.

Each Quick-Disconnect features a full-bore design without internal stops, allowing unrestricted tube insertion. The FKM elastomer O-ring provides reliable sealing, accommodating tubing O.D. tolerance within ±0.127 mm (±0.005"). Quick-Disconnects are ideal for rapid interchange of gauges, feedthroughs, and test adapters on Conflat®-ported chambers.
