MDC’s Kwik-Flange™ KF to Rubber Hose Hybrid Adapters allow seamless transition from ISO KF vacuum flange systems to flexible rubber hose connections. These hybrid components combine rigid stainless-steel flanges with hose barb ends to support a secure, vacuum-tight seal when used with standard hose clamps.

Each adapter is constructed from 300 series stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. They are ideal for roughing lines, pump connections, or temporary setups where flexibility and ease of disconnection are essential.

Rated for high vacuum service to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.33x10⁻⁶ Pa), these components can withstand bakeout temperatures up to 200°C. Adapters accommodate a range of hose diameters and provide a durable link between rigid vacuum hardware and flexible tubing.
