SHV (Safe High Voltage) Coaxial Feedthroughs are designed for safe, reliable high-voltage transmission in vacuum environments. They feature recessed female contacts in cable connectors to prevent accidental contact when disconnected, enhancing operator safety.

SHV-5: Medium-voltage solution rated 5,000 V DC (5 kV), 3 A (3 amperes), nickel conductor.
SHV-10: Intermediate 10,000 V DC (10 kV) solution for pulsed high-voltage DC applications, 5 A (5 amperes), nickel conductor.
SHV-20: High-voltage 20,000 V DC (20 kV) solution with improved interface for pulsed applications, 5 A (5 amperes), nickel conductor. Not compatible with older SHV-15 designs.
SHV-B (Bakeable): High-temperature version rated 7,500 V DC (7.5 kV), 3 A (3 amperes), 304 stainless steel conductor with ceramic dielectric for operation at elevated temperatures.

All models support maximum bakeout temperatures of 450°C (842°F) for Del-Seal™ and Weldable, 150°C (302°F) for Kwik-Flange™, and 165°C (329°F) for connectors.
