MDC’s Water-Cooled ISO LF Clamp-Style Fittings are precision-engineered for high vacuum system applications requiring thermal control and modular flexibility. As part of the Large-Flange™ ISO LF family, these fittings serve as modular “building-block” components, simplifying system layout and modification. Constructed from 304 stainless steel using drawn and fusion-welded vacuum tubing, they deliver excellent strength, vacuum compatibility, and durability.

Each fitting includes 1/4" Swagelok® connections (6.35 mm) for water cooling and supports a nominal flow rate of 6–8 gpm (22.7–30.3 L/min) at 60 psi (4.1 bar). Rated to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.3x10⁻⁶ Pa) and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C at the component and 300°C at the surrounding flange, these LF clamp-style fittings are ideal for temperature-sensitive high vacuum operations. Their symmetric, nonrotatable design enhances alignment consistency and system integrity.
