MDC’s Kwik-Flange™ KF to Welch Pump Hybrid Adapters are precision-engineered fittings that enable direct vacuum-tight connections between standard Welch mechanical pumps and KF vacuum systems. These adapters provide a vital interface by transitioning from straight pipe thread used by Welch pumps to ISO KF flange geometry.

Constructed from 300 series stainless steel, the adapters offer excellent corrosion resistance and are built to withstand bakeout temperatures up to 200°C. A positive seal is maintained using O-ring compression, ensuring leak integrity in demanding vacuum environments. Aluminum washers are included to support secure mating and sealing.
