MDC’s Female Wire Seal Flanges are engineered for high-integrity metal sealing in large-diameter ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications. Designed for tube sizes from 10 to 24 inches (254 mm to 610 mm), these flanges offer a permanent, leak-tight sealing interface when paired with a corresponding male wire seal flange. Like the male version, these flanges are only available in a nonrotatable geometry, ensuring secure alignment in fixed-position vacuum systems.

MDC also offers flat blank and dished-head blank flange designs to accommodate weight-sensitive systems. The dished-head construction provides significant weight savings while maintaining strength and sealing integrity for large-scale vacuum environments.
