Designed to deliver leak-tight performance, the O-ring groove flange pairs with a smooth face flange to compress a FKM elastomer O-ring, forming a secure high-vacuum seal. These flanges are available either blank or pre-bored to fit tube diameters from 1.5" to 12" O.D. (38.1 mm to 304.8 mm). Constructed from Type 304 stainless steel, each flange features a 32 micro-inch (0.81 µm) surface finish and 45° chamfered corners for clean fit and function. Rated for vacuum levels to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.33x10⁻⁶ Pa) and bakeouts up to 200°C (392°F), they offer reliable, long-lasting performance in demanding thermal and vacuum environments.
