MDC’s 90° Degree Elbows are engineered to provide precise angular transitions between Conflat® (CF) flanges of different sizes in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems. Designed with either a radiussed or mitered tube profile, these elbows ensure optimal performance for a variety of vacuum flow, alignment, or directional routing requirements.

Made from durable 304 stainless steel, these elbows are UHV-rated to 1×10⁻¹³ Torr (1.33×10⁻¹¹ Pa) and can withstand high-temperature environments up to 450°C (842°F). The smaller flange is rotatable, simplifying bolt alignment and system integration. Each unit features MDC’s standard matte surface finish, helping reduce outgassing and enhance overall vacuum compatibility.
