Designed specifically for circular or rectangular load-lock entry systems, this aligner incorporates micrometer actuators that offer accurate control of: Tilt adjustment above and below the horizontal plane and Side-to-side axial alignment

Installed in a horizontal orientation, the micrometer sits at the 6 o’clock position for easy access and precise tuning. A formed stainless steel bellows maintains vacuum integrity while providing flexibility, and a transporter shaft extension kit compensates for any added length.
