The MDC Kwik-Flange™ ISO KF NW 25 is a precision-engineered, reusable stainless steel vacuum fitting designed for high performance in high vacuum environments. With a maximum outer diameter of 1.57" (39.88 mm) and inner diameter of 0.875" (22.23 mm), the NW 25 flange is a widely used standard in vacuum systems requiring fast, reliable, and repeatable connections.

Engineered to handle pressures down to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.33x10⁻⁶ Pa) and bakeable up to 150°C, the Kwik-Flange™ NW 25 meets all ISO specifications and is fully compatible with most third-party ISO KF components. Its modular building-block design makes it easy to integrate with MDC’s full lineup of vacuum hardware and fittings.

For legacy compatibility, NW 25 can be used with NW 20 components by employing MDC’s reducer centering ring, which features dual-sized rims to mate differing centering ring locater diameters securely.
