MDC Precision’s Up-to-Air Valves are welded directly to a flange for compact, leak-tight integration into vacuum systems. Each valve is 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) in size, bellows sealed, and manually activated with a 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) O.D. tube termination.

Designed for venting and backfilling vacuum chambers, these valves ensure reliable control and tight sealing in high- and ultra-high vacuum environments.

Temperature range:

Conflat(CF) configuration: −60°C to 315°C (−80°F to 600°F)
Kwik-Flange™ ISO KF configuration: −20°C to 150°C (−5°F to 300°F)
