It provides 4-1/2 inches (114.3 mm) of quick-action linear travel and up to 22° of angular wobble, facilitated by a stainless steel actuator shaft with a ball-and-socket joint. This enables precise, real-time adjustments, typically observed through a vacuum viewport. The angular position can be locked using a collar at the port mount flange, ensuring stability during operation. Welded stainless steel bellows provide long-lasting vacuum integrity. Compatible with 2-3/4 inch (69.85 mm) Conflat® CF and ISO KF Kwik-Flange™ mounts, the wobble stick is ideal for a wide range of UHV/HV systems.
