Modular, Reusable Stainless Steel Vacuum Flange System for High Vacuum Applications

MDC’s Kwik-Flange™ ISO KF components offer an economical and reusable solution for interfacing stainless steel vacuum fittings in systems that require frequent and rapid assembly/disassembly. Designed to meet ISO standards, these flanges are compatible with most third-party ISO KF components and function effectively in high vacuum environments rated to 1x10⁻⁸ Torr (1.33x10⁻⁶ Pa).

Kwik-Flange™ components support tube sizes from 1/2" to 2" (12.7 mm to 50.8 mm) and are constructed from Type 304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and durability. Available sizes include 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", and 2" (19.05 mm, 25.4 mm, 38.1 mm, and 50.8 mm), with options in weldable formats and prepped for smaller tubing diameters.

For legacy systems using NW 10, 20, and 32 flanges, MDC provides reducer centering rings that allow seamless mating with MDC’s standard NW 16, 25, and 40 fittings. These adapters use dual-size tubular rims to ensure reliable alignment in existing hardware.
