PRECISION MACHINING
MDC Precision delivers custom CNC milling and turning services to turn your design into product. We deliver to high tolerance dimensions on a wide set of machines, great than ten 3 Axis machines and four 5 Axis machines, most under 5 years old. Our milling envelop is 95 inches by 39 inches. We also employ over 8 CNC lathes some with Twin Spindle capabilities, with a maximum turning diameter of 24 inches. We have full measurement capabilities with CMM, Faro Arm and Laser measurement tools. MDC Precision’s machining capabilities:
